Job Opportunity: CRM & Database Specialist - Converge, Orlando, FL

SUMMARY
Converge is looking for a team member who can help maintain our CRM and database content and ensure its usefulness. They will work closely with multiple teams to establish the needs of users and train them to access the CRM for data and reports.

This is a full-time position in the Converge Orlando, FL office. Occasional travel may be necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. This position will work closely with the Connections team, and the National and District teams to ensure the usefulness of the CRM.
2. This team member will help maintain the CRM content and ensure the data remains consistent throughout the organization.
3. Responsible for training National and District teams, in person and through written instruction, on how to use the CRM effectively.
4. Uses CRM in the day-to-day management of customer records and produces reports for management and other ministry teams as needed.
5. Collaborate with teams within the organization to help improve the usefulness of the CRM as the system evolves and grows.
6. Assists users and communicate any issues to the CRM Manager that may need to be resolved when problems arise.
7. Participate in Connections team meetings as needed.
8. Additional administrative tasks needed for Executive Director.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
