Job Opportunity: Youth Minister Rogers, MN

Youth Minister – Full Time
NorthRidge Fellowship, is a growing church in Rogers, Minnesota, started in 2000 and built around three vision statements; we are a community of Christ followers that Love God, Love Each Other, and Make a Difference. We are a medium sized fellowship with approximately 750 people worshiping with us each weekend this fall. We are in a younger community filled with children and youth. We have a strong youth ministry averaging 80 students (grades 6-12) attending our Wednesday program and 60 in Sunday morning classes this fall. We believe we could easily reach many more students in our community in the coming years.
We have always deeply valued our kids and youth as an important part of our church family. Because of this we are looking for a person who sees the importance of youth ministry in the local church and is passionate about their personal call to ministry to students.
NorthRidge is committed to taking care of our staff. We have not had much staff turn-over; our recent youth minister was with us for seven years. We have a positive staff culture and provide for our staff with competitive pay and benefits. We are all praying God will lead us to the person he has chosen to join our team and to teach and pastor our students in this next phase of ministry.
Before you apply for this position, please look over our website at www.northridgefellowship.org, read our mission, vision and value statements, and our statement of faith to ensure we are a church you fully align with.
